After 24 hours of incredible kindness and community support, Give Big for Redland has officially concluded. Over $8,880 was raised in just one day! Every cent of that will make a difference to local patients and their families.
Redland Hospital continues to serve one of Queensland’s most rapidly expanding regions. It’s grown significantly since opening in 1990 as a 48‑bed community hospital and is now a 238‑bed plus bed‑alternative hospital, reflecting the rising needs of the Bayside area.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who donated, the funds raised will help in three key areas:
• Vital patient support programs that improve patient outcomes and their overall hospital experience.
• Cutting‑edge medical equipment and upgrades, giving clinicians the best tools to save lives.
• Critical staff training and education, so Redland Hospital staff can deliver world‑class care right here in Queensland.
Our final total of $8,880.50 becomes more than just a number, it transforms into new treatments, support for patient recovery, lives saved, and families kept together. Things that truly matter. Even though we didn’t quite reach our goal, your generosity ensures that meaningful change happens. Every gift has an impact.
